Re: Fog Lights Problem
The stock fogs, you need to take bumper off first from what I can tell, but I do not have stock fogs atm. to double check that.
The motor looks like you need to take the whole things out to get to. Check the manual on the home page for Mx-3.com to see what you are getting into.

Re: Fog Lights Problem
Are you trying to remove the entire foglight housing or just changing the bulb?
If the entire housing, yes, removing the entire bumper is the best way to go since it attaches to the internal support.
If just the bulb you can remove the cover of the bulb with the 2 screws on the front of it (either phillips or allen screws).

Re: Fog Lights Problem
2 bolts connected to the top of the headlight
1 bolt toward the rad
1 bolt behind the headlight (only way I got at it was to take the bumper off)

Re: Fog Lights Problem
Yes taking off the front bumper really is the best to not damage anything even though it's more effort...

Re: Fog Lights Problem
First time I tried I removed the side lights and could see the bolts! didn't take the height into consideration and promptly snapped both horns off the car.
Easy way to get front bumper off is
Pop hood
Release the splash guards from the bumper (Front of each front wheel)
Remove the bolt at the top edges of the front bumper (where it meets the wings - near splash guard)
Remove the side lights
Disconnect the electrical wires from foggies
Remove the 4 Bolts that mount the front S-beam to the main frame and pull.
IIRC I think that's it.
