C7 Performance's Spring Tour - May 1, 2010

is there seriously only me and shane going to go on the C7??? No one else is signed up from MX-3.com except the 2 of us...

The drive there is worth it on it's own. It's not like we start somewhere and head straight to the track. We're taken on about 2 hours of back roads and scenic routes until we reach out destination.

lol houestly this is the worst car club ever for attendance at meets and events... thats why i like to try and send out lots of messages for meets and try to get people pumped up for diff events such as this one.... even though there is still a month before the event happens, i would be highly suprised to see 4 or 5 mx-3's on that c7 tour

thatd be all u can expect lol... people here are drving 17 year old mx-3... 95% of them are to cheap to pay 120 for an event or know the mx-3 isnt exactly a race car with a high mileage b6 or k8... for me i hope to make it out.. i cant garantee though as i definitly wanna go racing... i really wanna do road racing this year and am wanting to geta triple digit time slip in the straights

lol i understand most of the people driving these cars are driving them because of the look of the car and cheap price tag... however it doesnt cost anything except the gas money to take part in the cruise... i dont plan on racing at all that day, my car looks nice but is slower than a civic... i just wanna go out and have a fun cruise with a bunch of nice rides.

The only thing you'll HAVE to pay for on this cruise is the gas money. The $ to go on the track when you get there is completely optional.

For those who haven't been attending the fall tours that end in the Peterborough area, when we all arrive, we part with our respected clubs, and it turns in to a huge parking lot size car show of sorts.

Same thing will happen with the Spring Tour. We all arrive, park, and enjoy the day. Using the courses is optional.

One year I even brought my portable BBQ and we had a small BBQ on the tailgate of my truck. We took turns bringing hot dogs and buns, and condiments.

I'll have to see about going like I do want to support and all and yeah I know I fudged up on some meets to. I do support the club and community but I don't know what will be happening come may first. I am going to be starting up a business soon with a bunch of ppl so I'm not sure by then. But I do wan to test out my coilovers by then even I have a super slow car lol

Might not be able to make it out to this one. Car is going off the road in a few weeks for body work and new paint.

well im not overly happy about it, but im going to have to bail on this event. we are switching to a better apartment and we move in on may 1st.. timing didnt work out to good, hopefully i can catch the fall tour
