C7 Performance's Spring Tour - May 1, 2010

Spring Tour will be happening on Saturday May 1 2010.

Starting point will be at AMC lot Oakville (QEW and Winston Churchill). First group to roll out at 10am. End point will be at Cayuga Speedway, and for those interested we do have the option to use the track.

For those looking to participate in the track stuff (this is optional) below is breakdown of costs:

Pre-registration (deadline April 30 at 5pm)
Road Course $70
Dragway $20
Both Tracks $90

Costs day of Spring Tour
Road Course $ 110
Dragway $30
Both Tracks $120

For those who would like to pre-register for the track please do so with Cayuga by calling 905-722-0303 or Toll-Free 1-866-824-7223 and let them know its for C7's Spring Tour.

Pre-run with EMT of C7 and 1-2 representatives of each car club will occur prior to the Spring Tour. The date of the pre-run is Saturday April 24 at noon. We would like for a representative from each club to come to the pre-run so that we can discuss the day of the tour and any other imperative issues. Final route will be given the night before the event and as well the day of the event.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SIGN THE WAIVER TO ATTEND THIS EVENT! If you do not sign it you will not be able to attend.

I just registered to. Since we don't really have a "club" per-se as much as a community, in the club section I chose 'Other' then filled in 'MX-3.com' as my club.

You will see me in the list of participants. Especially since it's on the West End of town.

Also, if it's like before, once someone submits an 'Other', it should get added to the permanent drop down options.

We should definitely show up as a club. I don't think there's ever been a serious MX-3 community involvement in the C7 events. In fact, other than Colin, I don't know of any other MX-3s.

I have contacted the organizers of this event. I have known them for many years and asked for a special favour from them.

Seeing as I am still President of my Truck Club, I asked that my Truck friends, and MX-3 friends were able to leave one right after another, so we can park together when we get there. My truck club is full of really great guys. And I think you guys are great too. Would make for a nice crowd.

I also volunteer to be one of the reps to do the trial run for the club.

I knew nothing of "Ontario MX-3" when I signed, so I went under MX-3.com for me.

well if we are going to go as a club, we should all use the same name, and since shane registered as mx-3.com i figured i would just switch it to that.

Like I said, I knew nothing of it being called "Ontario MX-3". I have been on these forums since September of last year and still didn't know. And seeing as this is MX-3.com, I figured that's what I would write. Just like if we were on OntarioMX-3.com I would have written that.

It makes no difference to me, I personally don't see it as a big deal. I didn't write MX-3.com to upset anyone or step on any toes...

but i need a new master cylinder, and i want better tires and also stainless steel lines before i do that lol

i am goin to go to drags though i am hoping to hit 100mph flat.... i hope..... lol
