Re: Rear wipers? How do you like them?
Well, I live in Miami, and so far I had 2 mx3's, both without the rear wiper, and, let me tell you, every time it rains (and here it rains A LOT), I wish I had it. Other than that, I don't see it looking better or worse with or without it, but to be able to use the rearview mirror when it rains must be great...

Re: Rear wipers? How do you like them?
I love the rear wiper designs where the wiper arm isn't straight, like on the Integras and Celicas, I believe Supras and 240SX's have them like that too. So sick!

Re: Rear wipers? How do you like them?
Can you mod the rear wipers like you can with the Stealth/300GT's? With those cars, you can actually modify the wiper assembly so that it's resting position is at the bottom of the car (horizontal), and not vertical

Re: Rear wipers? How do you like them?
I can't decide if I like it or not. I have a hatch with out the wiper and am thinking about going without.
We all want to be fast and look cool. Cool changes but fast never does.

Re: Rear wipers? How do you like them?
I love it when I need it. I remember in my RS in the rain it was hard to see through the hatch, as the water would not flow down very easily. I don't like how it looks though.

Re: Rear wipers? How do you like them?
I'm not driving a car without a rear wiper.
No rear wiper = fail.
I can never see out the back window in the morning (when I back out of my driveway), due to dew.

Re: Rear wipers? How do you like them?
The squirter is on the top of the hatch, and the reservoir is under the carpet in the back right corner of the car. The wiper is useful, the reservoir and squirter system is almost completely useless. I removed my front and rear ones, for what it's worth. If I ever can't see due to something stuck on my windshield... I'll pull over and clean it. 9 months with no fluids, and I haven't even had to pull over once. Jesse makes a good point about weight too, that s--- is heavy.Dark_Rider2k3 wrote:Yeah I could care less about the squirters, but just wondering where is it located? Is it something I can also take off?
and I'm guessing it's better to take the whole hatch instead of just the wiper assembly.
It's been raining a lot recently, and the rear window is almost impossible to see out of lol. So that's why I'm asking.

Re: Rear wipers? How do you like them?
I second the squirter to be useless, all of them are. We need proper ones that make a spray, not a stream.
The rear one, I want to point it upwards and squirt A-holes who drive up too close at lights.
