just FYI, H&R's are a linear spring and Eibach's are a progressive spring, what that means is the the Eibachs start out soft and get harder the more they compress, the H&R's are one hardness all the way through.
so the eibachs make for a smoother ride while the H&R's are a harder ride but better handling.

hope this helps, if you were even wondering to begin with =P

Yes, actually i was thanks for the great input! What has the bigger drop? Im not trying to have a gravel eater. but when i put the ruler up to my car where it would be setting was about a centimeter above my tire, that was with 44millimeter drop assuming im using the H&R's. Does the Eibachs go lower?

the eibachs are a little high than the H&R's, i don't know by how much though, from what i hear mainly though is H&R's are better looking (ride height) and handling and Eibachs are a smoother ride but really you can't go wrong with either

I thought H&Rs were progressive, did that change recently or something?
