I would cut them myself. The material is not that expensive.

As for the stock bushings...people may want poly over rubber, but in the case of the sway bar I don't think you'd ever be able to notice. It's like the ulitmate spark thing. Under spirited street driving conditions the benefits are limited. For racing the benefits are more significant which is why I don't want to leave people with no option at all. I think for the people who really need it, the solid bushing is a better way to go anyway.

Wyt... did you ever get a idea on what stock bushings' hardness were? If I am able to read, which I am quite positive I am, you are offering 70 hardness. You stated you were going to check your stock bushings to determine around what hardness they are, correct? Is this close enough to stock to achieve the same comfortable ride? If it is, I believe I want to start saving for this as well... Well, first I have some prior commitments to yourself, but I am pretty sure I can cough up the money for this as well if I begin saving some on the side.

I believe he found that the bushings were around 65A, and that 70 would still be a comfortable upgrade.

Hey kids...

I added a poll to the top post to try to get an idea where everybody stands on the GB. I can pull the trigger pretty much anytime. I just need to do a final review of the models and drawings. Once I place the order I will have product to deliver in 6 weeks.

I also want to know what you all think of the solid sway bar bushing idea I had. It would bring the cost of the kit down by $50 and I could offer the solid bushings to those who want them for about the same amount. I have to finalize the solid bushing design, but it's pretty simple...should only take me a week or so.

Just to revive the sway bar bushing thingy - if we order a whiteline sway bar, does it come w/ poly bushings? I thought I remember seeing that on the website, and somewhere here in this post. Can anyone confirm? Jesse - did you buy the whiteline bar?
