Drivers Door Sensor

This forum is for discussion of topics relating to MX-3 lighting such as Headlights, Tail lights, Accessory Lights, Interior Lights, Etc. For example, Rear Euro Altezza Style Tail lights, Headlight units, LED's, HID's, Bulbs, Interior lights, Neons, Strobes, Auxillary Lights/Fogs or anything filament and gas discharge related.
Also anything dealing with the elctrical system.

Drivers Door Sensor

When i open the drivers door the interior light doesnt come on. I cant find the sensor so test it. Where is the senor located?

Open the door. Stand facing your car. Bottom right. Its a little button.

thanks.

the piece had been broken off and is sitting in side the frame. im guessing i wont be able to fix that one. i cant even see the wire

Basic switch. Almost every car is the same. Mine are not working as well.

I don'tknow for sure, but I think if you take the rear panel that has the pass side back seat arm rest and the sill off, you can get to it.

just remove the retaining screw you can get it wiggled out of there. Its a faulty ground that causes it to not work. Its just a simple ground witch pin out=ground pin in=no ground. Rust in this area can cause it to not ground properly to.
