i need to know the exact address to get an exact quote - i did a quote for someone else and if i did it right through the UPS website - it was $60 shipping - i will call UPS tomorrow and see what all is involved in shipping to canada and other countries. but if you want quotes i need addresses or postal codes at the very least.

FYI - i just finished the piping for a 2.5 kit - all it needs is the muffler and cat. so first come first serve on this kit - remember i need a deposit of 30% for all orders...also there is a site update - i just picked up a supplier for wheels and other performance parts - so i will be posting those on the site soon - i'll keep you posted.

thank you all for your interest and support.

a 3" exhaust is more ideal for 500+ horsepower and larger engines with an output of 500+ hp. you will be fine with a 2.5 kit.

zzzoomx3, would it be possible for you to make a FULL exhaust in 1.5" for a '94 B6. By full I mean from the exhaust manifold back. I guess that just means slapping on a down pipe?
Evidentally Exhaust Masters sucks at making exhaust last more than 2 years. (muffler and resonator blew out.) They didn't even give the car a new cat, they left the old one and slapped on a new resonator.*idiots*

Anyway, back to the original thing: If you could make a full exhaust, roughly how much more would it be on top of the $225? Estimated time to make?
Whatever the answer may be, Thanks for your time!

Can't get car E-tested till exhaust leaks go bye-bye. :D

Just so I'm clear, the header pipe will bolt directly up to the manifold?
Sorry for the repeat, I just want to make sure.

yes - that is correct - turbo's have down-pipes. N/A cars just a header pipe that connects the manifold to the cat. the manifold are the pipes that come off the block, after-market manifolds are called headers - why, i dont know - but someone on this board argued with me about one time, so - I - just want to be clear as well...LOL

i now have a 2.5 kit ready for muffler and cat - this is a stock fitment kit, meaning it will fit just like the stock exhaust, not low like mine. here are some pics:

So what kind of price jump would we see for this setup? TIG welded, mandrel bent, 2.5" stainless piping with a magnaflow 2.5" SS high flow cat to attach to V6 turbo downpipe with the end left open for my muffler (Flowmaser Deltaflow 40). The trick is, my muffler uses a center in, center out orientation. Think it's possible without being crunched by the rear suspension?
