My New Project!!! with Pics (56k warning)

Hi guys, i've been working on my car for months. I make a swap from my other mx3, the champagne one.








And this one i bought it in december



We make the hole swap, rear disc brake conversion, install the Stand Alone, make all the fitments to the FMIC, Modify the OEM Fuel System, change the front struts, change front parts like Hood, fenders, front GS Bumper, install the new gauges, power windows, custom AC and PS brackets, etc.

Well guys, now i need to paint the front clip of the car to finish it. I will try to get it to the dyno this week but for now, im pushing 19psi of boost without tune, jejeje


Remember, this car got the same setup than the other one, the diference, full streable car, with AC, PS, all of the interiors and accesories.

I want to hear all kind of oppinions guys, let me know

The car has a FE3n engine (2.0 dohc) with forged pistons, modified valve spings, 65mm TB, Microtech LTx-8s, T3/t4 turbo (.63stg3 and to4e .60trim) 880cc injectors, Walbro 340 fuel pump, custom Intercooler pippin 2.5", 3" straight exhaust with Dynomax free flow. ETC. In the other car, we make 425whp with the same setup, the only difference was the fuel pump (its was an external one with fuel cell) and we ran 10.8 @ 130 in the first day of track. We estimate, we can ran 10.6 without make new mods but i want another car with all of the accesories.

Yup i was followng your build for awhile...very nice. What youre doing with the other RS is exactly my dream. Keeping everything nice and making it fast as well. Next step is to fully sound insulate it

well, the other one was a GS swaped to 4 cilinders. now i bought that RS and change almost everything

Well, its not been tested yet in the 1/4 of mile. I want to make a new setup in pump gas looking for 350-375whp and if i get that goal, with a good set of slicks, i think we can run 11.2 to 11.6, wish me luck.

When i get the dyno numbers, i let you all knows

This engine its a FE3n from a Mazda Capella (626). Its come in the japanese version of the mx6 88-92 but mine its from a Ford Telstar. It got forged piston from a 4g63 engine, VW Vr6 Outers valvesprings and a 65mm TB from a Ford Mustang GT. Thats what i got in the engine, the other part of the setup its everything needed for the turbo setup.
