I think that fin on the back looks pretty sharp. Nice Job on that! Also, I have to say I really like that color on the rims up top. (gunmetal?) Nice ride!

Those are some fat tires...
Doesn't give the picture it's justice.

Got rid of that huge 2x12" box I had (see 1st page) and built a custom enclosure...
Shallow Series (requires less cubic footage)
12" 1000w max
flipped the spare tire over and positioned it flush
Cut a 1/2inch MDF board to fit exactly like the old spare tire cover...
Fits perfect
Final Product!
Sounds awesome! and I have my trunk back. I did not take pictures but I got weather molding (rubber) and placed it all around where the spare tire cover goes to seal it... I did not fiberglass! I still have access to my spare tire. I know it is not the ideal way to do it but it works for me!

Yes it is! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 64533&rd=1
It comes with some useful things: 1st aid kit, light stick, fix-a-flat, electrical tape... I also threw in some jumper cables and extra oil in case I need either on a road trip!

Re: Jovian2k - 1993 Mazda MX-3 RS
I found the AZ-3 sills from an eBay seller.
Today I installed an RX-7 VAF, still have to get the multimeter out to tune it (according to: http://www.nwerdt.com/how-to/mechanical/rx7vafswap.htm) but seems to work well thus far.
Picture with the black cover off (in order to tune it)
Picture of the outlet... Notice the small gap on the trap door on top. Do you guys think this will make it at all defective? It is installed but like I said cannot notice much difference due to tuning of it.
Installed. It has a larger diameter 3" outlet so I went to Home Depot and got a rubber adapter.
Tomorrow:
Installing Bronze UK vents (after I paint them)

Re: Jovian2k - 1993 Mazda MX-3 RS
ah I was wondering how you were going to paint those vents - very nice choice! I like the fact you didn't paint the whole thing including louvers, etc...
nice work sir
