I need some opinions.

OBX's specs on their cams are:

Stage 1: Duration (Lift mm): IN. 256, 9.0; EX. 256, 9.0
Stage 2: Duration (Lift mm): IN. 264, 9.0; EX. 264, 9.0

Integral's specs on theirs are:

Stage 1 248° .343" (8.71 mm)
Stage 2 254° .360" (9.14 mm)
Stage 3 260° .375" (9.52 mm)

Does anyone have an opinion of which is the best application without changing the valvetrain?

I THINK that the OBX would be a better bet, having not as high a lift, but I'm not sure what the duration is going to affect? Them stage 2's have a longer duration than Integral's stage 3's.

Opinions welcome, desired, wanted!

Do you think one of you guys could possibly document all your work with pics and stuff so that others can follow in your path? They say there are write ups here in the forums, but I can't even seem to find them. Perhaps it could get stickied once done!!
I dont know....

anything above a stage 2 camshafts and ur going to have to upgrade ur valvetrain..

stage 2 and below u'll be fine with the OEM valve train.
