I have a 1993 Mx-3 with the 1.6L SOHC B6 can I boost it without doing a motor swap and using similar parts to what you did

you can boost your sohc...its gunna cost a lot tho. and you cant just use all interchangable parts, the only people to make a turbo manifold for the sohc is racingmazda.com and they wont sell you just the manifold, they will sell you the whole turbo kit for 2 grand, wich is ok, but its only oil cooled no intercooler wich highly sucks for the price given its a small turbo and i think you have to pay extra for the wastegate and bov.

take a sohc manifold off at a junkyark and take the flange and have them make a turbo header out of it.

that won't hold up unless it was a cast manifold. most sohc header are tubular.

I wonder if you colud buy the miata turbo manny and get the 1.6 exhaust manny and cut off both flanges and weld the 1.6 to the turbo manny. Just a suggestion

might work but waste of money if it didn't work out.

I have a log style turbo manifold for the sohc. but down the road i'll make a tublar manifold for the sohc.
