uk owners section map register

just a trial to see if it picks up, but the plan is to have a map based register of the uk mx-3 owners as i expect some of the uk owners section are no longer mx-3 owners. It also is a quick quide to see if any mx-3 owners are local to you.

should help setting up future uk mx-3 meets.
