i might be joining the mx-3 crew again

hey guys wasup. i used to be on here bout a year and a half or 2 years ago from fayetteville nc. but then i sold my mx-3 for an eclipse gsx. well ive long since sold the eclipse gsx and eclipse rs i had and i regretted sellin the mx-3 so im back in the market for another one. i now live in myrtle beach,sc and i might have found and 93 gs. Right now it needs a clutch, complete tune up on the engine and brakes, and a right front drive axle. they r askin 2200 but with all the work that needs to be done to it im thinkin bout offering 1500 what do you think? id be swapping to the 2.5 anyway but still. id have to have it to drive for a lil bit first while i got the 2.5 ready. let me know what you guys think.

i got mine for 2500 canadian, and i just needed to do some regular maintence...new clutch and axle will run you alot, as well as the tune ups...i'd say try out 1500, and if he won't take, go 1800 NO LOWER...is the body and interior in good condition..

im gonna show up with 1500 cash cuz they been tryin to get rid of it for a while. and i work at advance auto parts so i get 20% off of everything i need to buy. lol. thats a plus for me. its already got an intake and exhaust but no radio and it needs sum tlc. all the body parts were straight just missing one running light on the rear right bumper. plan on cnahing the bumpers and hood ne way. lol. ill let u know in the next couple of days. though. hopefully she will take it cuz i fell in love all over again.

sorry man u cant beat the beach life. lol. i love it down here. im gonna talk to them tonight and see whats goin on. maybe in the next 2 days try and go get it. we'll see. but no way am i movin back to nc. iight man well back to work for me.

depending on overall condition id say 1500 would be good for what it needs...if they take the offer...btw what year was ur gsx? got any pix?

pickin up the mx-3 firday night for 1600 cash. have er all tuned up this weekend. everything but the clutch and drive axle will be fixed this weekend. so im back in the crew guys. i had a 92 gsx with a drift kit. not the most beautiful years of the eclipses.lol. but i will have it friday night.

i had a 92 eclipse gsx(quickest run was 14.3) and now im gettin a 93 gs and converting to the 2.5. same steps u took. except i had a 94 gs b4 the 92 gsx. ill find it on cardomain and send u the link to it my old eclipse and old mx-3.

how did u hit a 14.3 stock?

no i had a k&n intake, i had the exhaust cut right after the down pipe and i had the boost turned up 2 lbs. thats it unless u count 15s on the left side and 16's on the right side. lol. im pickin up the mx-3 and i already got all the parts to tune it back up to form.

hmmm then my talon was s--- lol i was runin 15lbs a 3'' turbo back a k&n filter and a 1g hacked maf...and that only did 14.7 :S

i have a 92 w/ sohc that i was going to do a swap on
all it needs is a tranny/differential...that and a few small cheap things(i.e. its missing A sparkplug wire and one of the valve cover bolts has a broken head)
the engine has 140k miles on it if your interested
