alarm has a relay, little black box, that controls the kill switch, look for it an dmake sure al its wires are connected, or wherever it used to be it might not be connected right. This is usually all under the dashboard andsteering column.

google your alarm model to hopefully get instructionsor maybe find one that is similar. or ask where you bought the alarm.

my alarm is dualock II model: pro-9108 when my alarm was disconnected it wasn't working that's why I disconnected it! it had only 5 cables conected to the car only five! one that I remember was going to ground and the other four where coonected to the rear harness on the joint box, plug jb-03. the cables used on the jb-03 plugs were this ones.

shift lock system might be an issue as the car cant start if the clutch pedal is not pressed or bypassed

First the B/Y terminal is for the shift lock circuit not the other one. How was the alarm connected to that terminal - was it spliced into the wire?
Please provide as much information as possible - include pictures. Also the schematic you give does not indicate how/where the alarm would get its power (+12v).
Piece by piece and incoherent information will not be much use.

You say that your car is an MTX - but you left out the part about it originally being an ATX and you converting it to MTX - not everyone reads all 3 pages of this thread or remembers what they read weeks ago. Please try to give complete and coherent info whenever necessary.

Car alarms by design should prevent the car from starting even if they are removed - its a fail safe design - think about it - if a thief gets into the car and tears out the alarm unit - should the car start and run as if nothing had happened?

ok yes you are correct about the cable color!

my car has always been MTX it's just that I melt my the 2nd gear. finaly after 5 months I repaird my trany!

when the car wasen't runing the only things i did was change the fuel filter and a friend of me disconected the alram!

when I went to start my car it cranks but no spark on the spark cable! I took the ignition to repair but the ignition was in good working condition so i connected it back. cheked also distributor harnes, ground cables, good voltage on each cable and everything was ok.

so know we think that it could be the alarm so I wanted to plug it back but the friend of mine that disconected it thosen't know how to connect it back. I have made a lot of search on my alarm brand and model and theres nothing theres realy nothing. what can I do know? what do you need to help me?

I am the 2nd owner the 1st owner installed the alarm but since I but the car from him the alarm wasn't working it only had 5 cables connected to the car 1 was the ground and the other four we don't know for what they are but we know that they were connected in the rear harness plug on the joint box. the cables of the joint box were cut they were attached with the alarm ones. the cable used on the rear harness are this ones :

There is a possibility that you might have had a "show" alarm - those kind of alarms dont do anything with the ignition - but just makes some sound and turns on some lights if somebody opens the door without the keyfob in the vicinity.
Your friend might have blown one of the fuses when he disconnected the alarm. Check the fuses in the box close to the knee. Check the one marked "Room" closely. Also some fuses might "look" ok but are actually blown - so the reliable way to test fuses is with a multimeter.
