What the name of that gasket?

the gasket that goes between the top and bottom pieces of the intake manifold? or does anyone have the part # for it. thnx

ya has the be the plenum gasket but no one seems to sell it. will i have to go to the dealer for this?

I HIGHLY doubt anyone other than Mazda will have this gasket.

The link you posted, Barry, is for the intake manifold gasket that goes between the cylinder head and the intake manifold.... which is NOT the gasket he is referring to.

On the BP, the intake manifold splits into two pieces--a top and a bottom. The gasket he is referring to is the gasket that goes between the two halves of the intake manifold.

Why do you need another one? Is your broken? Unless it is damaged, you can re-use it.

Felpro makes a kit that includes both intake manifold and plenum gasket.

Dont ask me for part #, but I guess any good parts supplier can tell you this info.

ahhh i didnt know that i didnt have to replace it, it seems in good condition..i was replacing all the other gaskets and just wondering. thnx guys i appreciate it
