then why wont miata turbo headers work on MX-3?

beause the mx-3 doesn't come with a BP factory like the miata does. and the way that the turbo manifolds are design for the bp fwd & rwd are posicion different.

a miata t. manifold positions the turbo kind of high to where u have issues closeing ur hood.

the maita bp and protege bp are the same block and head just maita guys want more power and are willing to spend to where are fwd BP owed mazda guys and cheap and afraid to experment. thats why the maita guy make so much more power that us FWD BP's do.
