Anyone know what cars i could get a supercharger off that would be found in a junkyard, and would be applicable (with fabrication obvisouly) to my B6?

Jackson racing uses a M45 for their kit. Remaned M45s go for around 400. Found one on ebay for 425. Sport Car Compact used the JRSC in their project miata a while back, but eventually upgraded to an M62 (with modifications to make it fit). The MX should have enough room to fit it easily.
I was looking into SC's last night and found that sticking the SC in is quite a task. Some fancy work has to be done with the Power Steering since the pipes are located right above the belt. Once I have a good deal of money i'll probly just call jackson up and talk to them about it since they already have everything figured out.
I suggest you look at their pdf files to get some idea into what kind of fabrication needs to be done. Might be helpful.
G'luck. I hope your succesful (cause then I have a good idea of what i'm getting into
