Headunit Issues

Ive just installed my stereo and the speakers are on but the head unit doesn't seem to be getting power. What do you think it could be?

The wires on the new stereo should be labelled. The wire colours for the existing wires are here:

You should be able to just use them ok.

It could be the ground too - thats pretty common. Make sure the ground from the stereo goes to a good ground point.

is there sound coming out of the speakers if not check your fuses that could be the reason the deck isn't powering up
Image 96 X-90 4x4, 16v custom ram air intake lockers front and rear with 5.83 ring and pinion.
