on most B series FWD mazda motors its on the TB itself... it angles upward and slightly forward (toward the front of the car).
GS + BP + T3 + 9lb flywheel - some dead weight = ;)

It is on all TB on the 4cyl's.

Before you check the idle speed make sure that all accessories are off (ie, radio, heater, a/c, lights). With the engine warm and the cooling fan OFF, you can make your adjustment btwn 750-850 RPM with a flat head screw driver. Your ignition timing should be set at 9-11 BTDC first before you adjust.

The adjustment screw will be obvious on the TB.
