Intercooler Piping

Post by Nomad_69er »

I'm finally starting my turbo project (it only took a year to start! :? )
and I need an idea how to do it. Does anyone have pics of their intercooler setup? I have a 6"x24" intercooler with a 2.5" inlet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have to get this done by the end of the summer! :help:

Sorry, I have a 1.6 L DOHC (1995). Do I have to cut through the frame where the power steering fluid is (underneath it)? Thanks again for the help!

Mine is run mostly the same as everyone else's. However...I used 1G eclipse piping as I got it for free!! Works great. I also used the metal flange from a 1G to mount my BOV on.

Ryan, is there a lot of stress on that power steering piping having it pulled way up from where it normally sits? (which would be around right in front of the intercooler)

I think Someone who's done a successful turbo should put a "how to" up?
unless there already is one...
