Yeah CF scuff plates, no thanks. But I think I would be likely to pick up a cargo cover.

FWIW, I remember looking hard at bidding on a set of the SS "MX-3" scuff plates 1-2 yrs. ago on ebay. They were not brand new ("lightly used" <1 yr) but I decided against it cuz you could see from certain pic angles that they were marked up with dozens of... scuff marks!...

As many have allready stated above. Were can I get the metal scuff plates? I remember doing a search a couple of years back and as soon as last year for these and I came up empty handed. Please if anyone know or finds out were to get them please let a fellow MXr know. As far as CF scuff plates I agree dnt thing that is realy a wise choice.

Ok, So the CF scuff plates isnt a hot item afterall :(

I will look into the cowl, but i have a feeling its harder than we think, or else it would have been done already.

Not sure how its mounted as I have never removed mine. If its straight forward, I'll make it.

Now, the question, What does everyone think is a reasonable price for the Cowl and cargo cover?

This does not mean that the average posted price will be the selling price, but at least I will have somewhere to start. I saw the EBAY bid for $266 US but i highly doubt anyone actually paid that.

Any other CF parts of interest now that we are on the topic? sorry but no bumpers or dash. Too much work and I know not enough people would be purchasing it and it would be quite expensive. I could be wrong though...
