This list is looking a little grim. Where's everyone?

I have on my callendar that Josh and I are going up Friday the 24th, and coming back that Sunday so I'm pretty sure him and his right hand should be on the list.

That means we'll need 2 nights hotel too.

If I recall right, we're going to head over Stevens Pass, catch Clayton, and then head North from there. Josh said something about hitting Vancouver 1st doubles our driving time. (you can tell how much planning I've done for this trip so far. ha!)

Yeah it'll be a longer driver for you guys, so there's no point driving up to Vancouver first. Cut across Washington state and head straight up to Kelowna from there. I can't remember which border crossing you guys should take.

oh yah definatly in, me plus one. i think Dan Clayton and I are going to head up on our own though. its faster for us to head over to Wenatchi and head north. than to go to Van and head east.

this trans is doing good so far, little grinding of the 2nd gear syncro, but im taking it real easy. should be good to go.

I talked to Joelle and she's planning on going with too. She'll have her man with her too but they'll most likely have a place to stay. I'll get more details if anything changes.

OK guys and gals, back from meeting up with James and Darcy in Kelowna. I've updated the meet location info of this year's meet back on the 1st page of this post. Accommodation info to come in the next few days. We are sourcing out another location for pricing.

It was great being there in Kelowna this last weekend. I miss it already...
Here are some pics from the weekend. I didn't want to work on Monday.

I can't wait to go back there in June!!! The second row of pictures are from the North Kelowna University campus which may end up being one of the choices for accomodations. We will also price out other places to stay in the area so that people have a choice on where they would like to stay.

I know what you mean James. I didn't feel like working on monday and wished I stayed an extra day.

Any golfers out there going to the meet. Looking at playing a round or 2. Need 2 more people. Definitely going golfing on friday June 24 in the morning.

Accommodation info has now been added to the original post on page 1 of this thread.

Hey Justin,

Hell yeah, I've got room for you. So far no ones responded. It'll be you, my sister and myself. So if there's anyone else that wants to join in, you are more than welcomed to do so. Don't worry, I'm not the greatest golfer at all. We can try to book a twilight tee time for June 23 after we all get in to Kelowna. For sure I will book one of the courses for the morning on June 24. How about playing twice on the 24th, in the morning and afternoon.
