New look versus old look
Got my car *almost* done...still some small things to do....and had it in the city to see one day of Powerama. Went to Canadian Tire to pick up some wiring connectors and saw another MX-3 in the parking lot. Had to park next to it and get a pic of the difference.

Love the look, and the color. Not a fan of the hood.

Fenders are from FX-Designs - Rob made the template for them from my original fenders. They turned out really, really nice - I'm glad they went with a single split instead of the two splitters.
It'll be lower - that's one of the 'things to do' that I'm still waiting on. I figure about 2" lower all around. Also have to grind out the hood's air intakes and fit the pieces, might also grind'n'grill the fenders.

love the look except rims and hood, although hood is questionable but rims are just too much bling, never liked big chrome rims on mx3

God damnit, that is SO practically my car on the right. Except I have a GS with the spoiler.
I love my car to death as it is right now, but seeing that side by side just makes me all the more anxious to get started with the makeover this summer.
If only all the new body parts would hurry up and get here!
Very nice ride, Chronicle. That hood isn't to my taste, but you obviously put a lot of work and money into the car. I love that shade of red too.
