MX6 tranny the same as MX3???? ASAP
does ANYONE know if the MX3 V6 Manual tranny solinoid is the same as the V6 MX6 tranny?? does anyone know if they are the same!

Yeah they are pretty much the same the only real differance would be the gear ratios might be slightly different. but not so much it would be a hinderance.
92' mx-3 gsr, built engine, forged internals, p/p ze heads. t3/t4e .63/.60 turbo, udp, msd ignition, millenia s injectors, millenia im, water cooled intercooler, afpr, fmu. running at 7 psi right now

yes itll bolt in but gear ratio is higher so you can go slightly faster with klze like 140+ mph

Solenoid in the tranny? What does it do?
There are 2 switches in the tranny; Neutral and Backup. There's also a speed sensor. No solenoid as far as I know.
