Re: Mustang VS 2.5 mx3 -- New comparison
Where did you run 13.7 ?
What is your best time with 325 hp??
How did you come up with 325 hp, if you don't have a dyno sheet?

r u people stupid or something read this one good. i didnt have 325 hp with just an intake. i had the klze with an intake and could run 13.7. now i have ported and polished heads headers and nitrous. thus producing 325 hp what is so hard to figure out about this.. there is everyone happy now did i explain good enough to u to get it through your heads yet. if not thats to bad.
it doesnt matter how fast your car is, it matters how well you can drive it.

If you would just post a time slip, or a dyno run - all of our doubts will be put to rest. If your just "guessing" how much hp you have, it doesn't count. I dont doubt that you could have ran a 13.7 with an intake and a klze engine, its possible. Also, if you do claim 325 hp, is that at the wheels? From a dyno? Or is that at the engine by adding the 15 % or so from drivetrain power loss after the dyno figure. Or - as it seems to be, you took all your upgrades and just guessed.

Re: Mustang VS 2.5 mx3 -- New comparison
if you're car has a lot of power, cool. what they are all trying to say is that if it's never been put on a dyno, then you can't actually say it has "such and such" horsepower. a guess is all you can provide, which is fine if you have a decent list of mods to back it up. with your friend being a mechanic helps you as far as doing work, but even he can't actually tell how much horsepower the car has. again, it's all a guess.
try not to get all fired up...it's just the internet.
put it on the dyno and shut everyone up.

well here is a bunch of 2.5l dyno's with all different mods it will give you an idea of what mods give you what power. Im sure your not putting 325hp to the motor or wheels. But your time do's seem about right if your a good driver.
