Re: Big brakes?
if you custom make your own brackets, its not too difficult to adapt 4-piston RX7 calipers & some 11" rotors to your car. I have the parts, but i'm waiting for my buddy to go home and cut me some brackets for the calipers. I'll see how it works out..hopefully it'll fit ok.

Re: Big brakes?
i would. I could spend 80 and get 4 good pads for the oem calipers, and id have a working brake system, and you'd have a box of parts.

Re: Big brakes?
you might be able to do that and have a working braking system, but when gro is done with his he will be able to stop better than you, hands down

Re: Big brakes?
I already bought some performance pads.....the brakes still aren't performing to my satisfaction. I even got new front calipers and they still suck.
Hopefully these 4-pots will fit....rx7 cali's are pretty easy to source from junkyards & the rotors i'm using are actaully really inexpensive.
oh ya, i'm not gonna reveal any of the info on the rotors until i'm 100% sure they'l work. I don't want to piss ppl off and waste their money when i'm not even sure if they'll work.

Re: Big brakes?
Protegests knows his stuff. He may seem like a chode sometimes but he knows his suspension/braking information. By the way, good luck on those brackets, hope they don't brake on ya.

Re: Big brakes?
every big brake upgrade i have ever seen uses brackets to space off and bolt on the calipers, its a proven system
