If I wanted to lower my car would I need to get new struts and lowering springs.....if so what do you guys suggest and how much do u think it would cost for the parts + work done by a shop. Thanks in advance.

P.S. Also what is the difference in just getting lowering springs instead of getting Ground Control Coil-overs? Would I need new struts for GC

My shop usually charges $200 to install a set of four springs and shocks on the car. This is just for the labor.
Check out my ride and leave some feedback please!
