for us poor/cheap people that can't afford projectors, someone should make just a replacement lens thats clear. The insides of the headlight housing isn't too bad looking, except for the metal bracket around the bulb.
If this actually does exist how much are they and who sells them? I don't mean the headlight covers either.
thanks

Re: clear headlight lens replacement
well, as far as a r eplacement lens, I know of none. IF you want to make your lenses clear again, read the appearance FAQ.

Re: clear headlight lens replacement
if you remove those "lines" your lights wont light up the road properly and you wont be able to see much at night, you will also blind oncomming trafic.

Re: clear headlight lens replacement
I think hes talking about sanding off all the ridges and lines so he can mount a projector inside the headlight. Without removing those nasty ridges and lines the projector beam will be terrible. The thing is, and i'm sure a couple people on this board already know this. (I know Eugene knows.) That sanding all those lines off is a huge job, and a big pain in the *** . And a aftermarket clean lens would be awsome. ![Shrug ](./images/smilies/shrug.gif)

Re: clear headlight lens replacement
I think he means just having a clear lense without projectors behind it, which would be horrible just as Curt pointed out.Originally posted by T-Rose:
