and Zoso that remainds me, when I get my IM back from the painters I gotta tap 2 holes for my egr. Mine came with the plate in the back but I'm gonna use my K8 egr
I'll buy that plate off ya. ;)
well since I'm reusing the k8 EGR I'll need the plate. The Millenia EGR is in the back of the IM itself not to the head.

Unless you fabricate some tube from the intake flange to the TB, then reusing the K8 EGR will be useless. You're better off using the Millenia EGR if you want a functioning EGR. If you just want it for show, then use the K8.

thanks I allready know all about that.....I just didn't think I had to type every detail :) just buggin ya.
I ain't spending over $300 CDN for a Millenia EGR.
That's why I said I needed the plate....to seal the holes in the back of the IM.....so I can reuse my K8 egr, by tapping a hole from the flange, and the routing a pipe possibly made from a used oil dipstick shaft, to just after the tb, and I will use Permatex Cold Weld to secure the pipe. because I don't have a tig welder and cold weld is just fine for this application.

Darren, which heads are you going to be using? If you want you can have this EGR that came off my 96 millenia intake, only problem is the connector is different.

For the intake manifold, the 1995-00 IM is the better one.

2001-2003 Millenias are 2.3L Miller cycle (KJ).

UrBaNsTyLe55 :

If you have a KF-ZE 2.0 JDM, dont put a Millenia Manifold ! You will need to make some port matching to the head ...

If you look Attentively at the KF-ZE IM, the ports are little and round as the K8. The only difference versus K8 Manifold is where de TB is (It's like a long neck Mx-6 ZE).

In resume, the KF-ZE IM is a blend of two IM'S:

K8 & Mx-6 KLZE (KL31 CAMS).

I myself have the straight neck KFZE, I will be either using my k8 or a KL IM. As mentioned earlier, the square runners would have to match the heads and requires port matching the heads. UNless u did it with a plate :)
