can be tightened with a 10 mm deep socket strait down next to lever,if you move rubber over you can see it. Wow, is that it? That seems really easy...So I don't even have to take the cover off? So I guess I'm confused as to how exactly E Brakes work...Do they use the regular brakes, or are they another set? Do they lock up all 4 wheels, or just the rear?

E-Break tightening?

While parked on hills my car will start to roll forward even with the E-Break engaged. How do I tighen it? I was told to take the centor console off and tighten a bolt or something...?
