E-Break tightening?

E-Break tightening?
While parked on hills my car will start to roll forward even with the E-Break engaged. How do I tighen it? I was told to take the centor console off and tighten a bolt or something...?

if you dont know what to look for its best to get someone who knows to help.look to see how thick the lining is and condition of springs and hardware.they are escort brakes and hardware so its a cheap set up.i get new rears shoes for 21 dollars.dont strip the phillips screws holding drum on and do oil the holes and screws and put them back when your done.an impact driver is the best way to get the screws out of drum.there is a threaded hole in drum to screw a bolt in and it pushes the drum off,dont beat with hammer,use hole and bolt.if good luck
