yeah that same engine is on its way to my place atm... been waitin a while, but i hear you can use everthing from your rs in the swap and it will work fine, you will just need the ecu...

Just like everyone else... im doin the BP swap into an RS, anyone feel like makin me a list of What i will need for a turbo set up?

Perry... hes just talkin about puttin nos on a 1.6.. .it looks to me like you had a bp swap? those can handle a lot more power then the puny 1.6...
its a bit harder to blow up your engine :P

HAH! i just bought this same engine ^_^ from the same damn seller :D ill let you guys know how the swap turns out, Keep in mind dude, if you buy this engine, its ONLY the engine... you will need to pick up at least an ECU... and probly a wiring harness....

You should use the ECU and grab the wiring harnes as well from the ECU to the engine so you have the VICS hookups. Thats what im saying though, the engine that im buying isnt coming with any ECU or harness or anything... its OLNY the engine, I need to know wether or not to buy this one on Ebay, im ...

Nitrous is quite frankly simple. Even when doing a "complex" wet setup its much more simplistic than a turbo setup. Just i Advise you not to use a dry system. Wet ones cost more but are worth it when your not blowing your motor. I think i want to get the Nitros way... Anyone got any good ...

Thers a BP motor on Ebay right now i plan on buying, from a 91-94 protege, im doin the same thing this dudes doin i guess, im deciding wich is harder to set up... Buy and install a turbo on it or Hook up NOS to it?? I dont think the swap is that difficult, but i hear a turbo can be pretty expensive ...
