No i'm talking about everyday, hot or cold it'll start up at 2000 rpm

when i start my car, it usually idles at around 2000 rpms until i start driving it, and then once i get to a stop if i stop completely, it'll idle back and forth from 1000 to 1500 rpms and just keep going up and down. i have the same sort of problem, my clutch squeaks, but sometimes it stops and then my steering wheel squeaks, but then it goes back to the clutch squeaking, i have no idea what's going on, but i can't stand the sound, anyone have any suggestions?
