Yes they are brighter when it is dry outside. but, when that bluish light reflects off the wet ground, they appear to be less bright.Whisper wrote:Well, the Silverstars are actually brighter than stock, which is why I kept them.
Like I said, my stock halogens are better then the Silverstars in the wet.
