Amplifier Mounting
I've read some posts about people mounting the amp on the back of the back seat. Is the wood in the back seat thick enough for that? I want it to be very secure. Also, how is a good way to mount the sub in the trunk? I want it very secure as well. If a smash and grab ever happens (knocks on wood tha...

Re: How to take apart the doors for dynamatting
Ok thanks.
I do not have power windows.
Where can I buy replacement door clips?
Will a place like R&S have them, or do I have to order them special?

Re: Max watts for stock alternator 93 RS
Thanks.
I won't be adding any more than that, that's the max I want to spend on a car stereo.
I can't wait til it gets warmer so I can buy the stuff and install it.
I wish I had a heated garage

Max watts for stock alternator 93 RS
I have a rockford fosgate 551x power amp. The Rockfor...

Amp Kit
So I assume then I run the 4 awg power wire on the driver side?
What's a good way to run that (inside of course).
Thanks for the help.
I'll get the 17ft ones I was looking at ( didn't see any 16ft ones).

Re: squeeking sound
Yup same thing happened to me, then one day the belt broke. It was my power steering belt. You could try tightening it, but if it's old it's probably about to break anyways.

AGH dreaded CV Joint clicking
Ok so when I make turns I hear the clicking. My cv boots are ripped on both sides. I've read on here that it is cheaper to replace the axle? Is it the axle assembly I need? Example: http://parts.overnightautoparts.com/parts/quote.jsp?year=1993&product=K4000-105510&application=000309709&u...
