Cams without boost?
If I embark on a BP build I'm planning for over the winter, I'd like to build for turbo charging. The problem is that I'm not sure I'l have to plan the swap during my vacation time next summer, and I may not have the engine complete with a turbo setup by that time. I know rods and pistons won't make...

Re: Dammit...BP question.
Yeah, sorry, but close the post...
I'll be getting an escort BP anyway.
I bid on the jspec, then retracted because I don't want to deal with all that. I'm likely not going to stop with the swap anyhow.

Dammit...BP question.
I found a Jspec bp on Ebay. Is there any difference in mounts on the engine or trans?
I can't see that there would be, just verifying.

The 'a' or 'an' refers to the noun, not the preceding. As in 'a decal', not 'an decal', or 'an hour' not 'a hour'.
Anyway, scroll back up to the top.

PGR 2
Not MX related but...Has anyone tried Project Gotham Racing 2?
I had a few rounds on my Xbox last week and it's far superior to a Lot of driving/racing games for feel of driving/drifting.

Re: ebay inline blower worth it?
Where is that post with the case fans? I think Barry posted it. That will answer everyone's questions.
BTW...For those asking about the 'e-ram', the other BS Ebay post is the sensor you put on your MAF to run more fuel. It just makes your car run rich and crappy.

Re: ebay inline blower worth it?
EVEN IF this snake oil could move enough air at WOT (when they kick in), what happens when you shift, brake, etc? How do you regulate on/off airflow? Sooner or later somethings going to burn, blow, or fall off. There aren't any 'cheap' solutions to horsepower. The car has to be built and tuned well ...

Re: Is my tranny dying on me...?
The speedo sensor cable is a shielded black cable (looks kinda like a CB radio coax) that enters the tranny on the firewall side of the tranny if you're leaning in from the drivers side fender. It has a large collar that threads into the sensor socket.

Are those the bushings for both the shifter and the control arm (RS, though I don't think that makes a difference)?

Yes the B6T is turbo. There are loads of posts on here with info on engine types. Check out the 4 cyl faq.
