i've not seen it, but i suspect that cf hoods can flex a lot more than the stock metal ones. if they flex enough they'd come loose from the latch, thus the hood pins. there may be other reasons as well, but i'm not sure what they may be. as for the grades, normally such things would be "A"...

water cooled comps work better because they use the water to pull away excess heat (just like cars do) but still have to have air flow. unless your amp is in a small space you shouldn't have any trouble with heat. both of my amps are high current (and get pretty warm) but never had trouble unless i ...

dynamat is better for vibration noise, or b-quiet ultimate (same stuff almost half the price). it took me 25 sq ft to cover the doors the rear quarters an the wheel wells, another 30-40 would probably have covered the whole floor and under the back seat/hatch area. not sure how much it'd take to cov...

you can run the wires on either side. it really depends on whether you're power comes off the battery or right off the altenator. either way there are holes in the firewall that the wire can come through. then you can easily run them under the carpet on either side.

it depends on the size of the box, and the ideal volume for your subs. packing the box with polyfill (pillow stuffing) makes it act like a larger volume box. so if you're trying to save space, but want to still have enough volume, that's what you'd do. you probably don't really need to use any. as f...

it's in japan, there's an anime called Initial D that's all about drifting and racing on roads exactly like those (i think the anime's are based off of some of those acctually) pretty cool stuff, and they've got some balls to be doing that with traffic.

ah, didn't realize that's how much the group buy was (didn't realize there was a group buy). the website (http://www.sinnovations2.com) sells them for $70+shipping (the ebay was $65+$15 shipping). thanks for the info, they look so nice and would be great for spring and summer.

slim rain gaurds?

does anyone have them (like the ones on barry's mx).

i found some (copies maybe, not sure) on ebay but they'd cost $80usd for me to get them, and i was hoping someone could either sell some, or tell me where i can get some cheaper than that.
