GS front lip spoiler from Pat: good experience
I bought a GS front lip from Pat. The lip came in a timely manner and was in the good condition that he said it would be in.

Re: kvr slotted disk brakes
I have the gold cadmium plated slotted rotors. They don't really look gold except in the very center where the pad doesn't touch. Otherwise, the rotors just look cleaner than the last (stock) ones.
I combined them with Hawk HPS Street pads from tirerack.com and at first the bracking was noticeably ...

paint job
I just had to share this with you guys.
I went to Earl Scheib to get an estimate on re-painting my front bumper and he gave me that estimate -- then he told me that he could paint THE WHOLE CAR for $400. And they would have to keep it overnight.

Has anyone seen the red or red/black kevlar weaved carbon fiber hood? Does the red color match the blaze red paint on the car?

WTB: Blaze red RS front bumper cover
My front bumper cover is scratched up and it might be cheaper to buy another one that's already painted red. So does anyone have a RED front bumper cover for a 4 cylinder RS model? Mine is a 1994 RS if that matters.

Re: Installing non-ZX2 struts and springs yourself
Well the springs arrived from tirerack so now I'm just waiting for the struts to come mid next week form shox. I'm gonna do this work next weekend I think.
The Chilton's manual doesn't mention compressing the old springs before taking them out. It just says to remove the tire/wheel assembly ...
