The GTR and GTX(1.8) both have a boost control solenoid, but its removed from most motors before they are sold because its a desireable item to the 323 boys. The 323 motors have 2 boost settings, one for under 3500rpm, and one for over. If anyone wants proof I could probaly dig up my wiring diagrams...

the cable is for the speedo. SOHC MX's ran a cable speed sender and the DOHC's ran a electrical sender.
