Re: blown the funk up....
So, I got my water pump replaced and that took care of the overheating problem. I have to replace the valve cover gasket and the plugs and wires now. Is the gasket a hard job?

Re: general questions/info
Yeah, you should be able to get one of those books at Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts. It's called either Haynes or Chilton's. You can get them off of Amazon pretty inexpensive if you get a used one. For easy power upgrades you can replace the intake, exhaust, headers, and cat. Any combo should give...

plugs and stuff
If I swap out plugs, like for NGK Iridiums, is it going to throw a code and turn my light on? Same thing with upgraded plug wires. What wires and plugs would you recomend?

Re: blown the funk up....
Right, so what if there's not any water coming out? And what's the deal with the smoke coming from the headers?

blown the funk up....
So, yeah, back in February I hit a snag. I was driving home from work when I looked down and noticed my check engine light was on. I turned off the radio and I could hear how sick it sounded. When I pushed on the gas I heard a clicking, somewhat similar to the CV joints, but it wasn't them, it was u...

Re: blown the funk up! PLEASE HELP!
I've babied that car since I got it, but the day I got it it had 109K on it. Now it's at 139K. I changed the oil 1400 miles before it blew. The car died suddenly, not gradually. I had a slow oil leak for a little while, but it wasn't that bad. It would have already been fixed, but I didn't have the ...

blown the funk up! PLEASE HELP!
I just blew up my 4 banger about an hour ago. Luckily I was close enough to walk home. There's oil in my radiator fluid. The block and head were smoking when I stopped. Just before it died, my check engine light was on and I got a loud clicking when I accelerated. As it died the charge and oil light...

Re: One SICK looking Mx3!!
I know that dude. His name is "D". He lives in Va Beach. I agree about the rims, but that paint is new. I haven't seen his car since he had that done. I don't like it so much. Good install though. We're the only two hooked up 3's down here.

Re: Speedhut Indiglo gauge faces
If you hook it up to switch behind your radio, then your gauges would be on the entire time your car was on... day or night. Just catch that red and black wire behind the dimmer. If you get a set of picks, it'll just pop right out.

I'm in as well. I'm still trying to get in contact with Toucan industries also. I don't really care who makes them, I just want new headlights.

Re: More BS about seat install. Sorry guys, I'm stuck.
Doesn't that make the seat sit up higher? Also, what did you do about the height difference between the inside slider and the outside slider? Is the piece of steel just going to bend around to bolt up to the factory slider holes or what? If you could give me a step by step with a price estimate, I'd...
