I'm going to go to pick n pull today to see if i can get any hardware off of a stock bumper that can help me, something reminded me that there was some kind of clip that provides a sleeve for the screw so you don't have to try to get a nut up there.

I really don't like it either, but it was the only bumper still available, the bumper that was on my car is discontinued. So I had to settle for that one, I'm thinkin i might just mesh up the holes, I think i might be selling the car anyhow.

removing the reinforcement all together is not really an option as it is really a safety risk. Thanks, turns out the bulbs are fine, I took apart the signal relay today cleaned it of some dust that was in there and now everything seems to be in working order.

My problem is that my right signal does not always work. Sometimes I try to turn it on and I can hear the ticking but the cluster arrow does not light up, when the cluster arrow does not light then the actual signals do not light as well. Does anyone have a picture of where the main relay is located? Looking at diagrams it looks like it is under the hood, but i think i have seen some people say its under the kick panel on the passenger side?

I do not have video of it blinking however i do know for sure it is code 3 because i have diagnosed other problems using the CEL and I know how to read the codes properly.
