are the hoses on the resevior hooked up the right way? the hose that goes to the rad cap is supposed to be connected to the large straw that goes to the bottom of the resevior, while the other nipple is just a vent slightly below the cap...

how old is your rad cap? if its worn out it wont let the cooling system build pressure.

fuel pressure is in spec and the regulator is functioning properly, i havnt done a volume test but i didnt think that would be relevant to a engine running rich...
