Can anybody tell me how to measure tacho signal?

So 2C pin on cluster connector should give signal for tacho (it cames from distributor 3pin C). How this signal can be measured? With Voltmeter? If yes, which voltage is at cca 1000rpm? @MX_Sid Mazda produce MX-3 up to 1998. Yes I have LPG (liquid petroleum gas). @Daninski Yes I have V6 (I wrote it)...

I have MX-3, V6, 95kW, p.year 1997. I'm asking if timing belt kits are the same for all V6 engines (95kW, 98kW and 100kW) or I should order timing belt kit for exactly this engine? The thing is that for 92-94 timing belt kits are cheaper...thank you for answers.

The HEI mod with external coil works just fine. But I don't want to burn my tacho...where should I connect 1k-ohm resistor for tachometer? Hi I have 1997 MX-3 with V6 engine (95 kw). It's original engine with TOT57171 distributor. I was searching on forum a lot but I didn't find the HEI mod wiring with external coil for this type of distributor (it have cam sensor). I found wirings for TOT57071 and TOT57271. Can anybody stick a link or...

For plasma gauges we did group buy on Slovenian Mazda forum from Moman-Poland http://moman.pl/index.php?a=opis&k=20&id=76 . 3 plasma + inverter cost cca 40€. Oil press and temp gauges I bought on ebay from seller Momoitaly which I can't find - it was chip only 22€ incl shipping for one gauge...
