Re: VAF to MAF Conversion??
MegaSquirt, VAF delete is full of win. Still waiting on an external IAT sensor for mine. ;( Yeah that's nice; we're all waiting for lots of things. I'm waiting for some people on this board to stop spamming. This is a technical discussion thread, not your diary. If you feel the need to updat...

Re: VAF to MAF Conversion??
Just to add to this, since I saw earlier in the thread that it was mentioned - there actually is a barometric pressure sensor. It's built into our ECUs. Besides, the ECU is designed to calculate based on volume, not mass (this being the difference between VAF and MAF). Actually Mike that's not corre...

Re: Custom LSD Axles
500 bucks for a pair of axles? Getting an Mfactory LSD is probably more cost efficient... depends on your starting point I guess. If you already have got your hands on an OEM vLSD equipped Transaxle...but without the matching vLSD driver side axle... then this is an interesting way to complete the ...

Re: The Sighting/Spotted Thread
Walk into the Canadian Tire on Leslie & Sheppard and what do I see? Behold - a FLAWLESS 93 SE getting some work done. The tech said it was a customer's car; his "baby" supposedly. Original everything, unmolested, and in really good condition. http://nightshade.teamgwailo.org/gallery/ma...

Re: About that time, eh chaps? *Sign off*
Sometimes you know when it's just your "time to go". I think SuperK's close to that time. I've really enjoyed the forums for the years I've been part of it until recently. I'm truly a believer in actions, not words. That's hard to accomplish on an internet forum but it can and has been po...

Re: Axle removal
The circlip is only on the driver's side axle. The passenger side just slides out after you unbolt the midshaft. The only b*tch is the driver's side axle because of the circlip, use a long prybar and hit it with a hammer.

Re: Rx7 ball joints...
Don't forget the most important thing - they are aluminium, unless you buy the cheapie ones. So reduction of unsprung weight.
