Thanks for the Kijiji links. I have been looking at those for some time.
I just thought maybe there were some regulars on this site that were on the fence about selling their ride.
I've been on this site since 2002 (yea.. 10 yrs) and always found people very helpful.
Thanks again.

Looking for an mx-3 to buy
Hope this is in the right place.
I am looking to buy an MX-3. It must be a v6 and Mtx.
I really need something that was well taken care of. No holes, rust or serious issues.
Would prefer something that had a klze swap already done.
Let me know if there is anything out there.
THanks

Re: Detailed explanation on different KLZE intakes?
To get the proper vris points, you would need to do 4 dyno runs. One with both VRIS closed One with both VRIS open One with VRIS 1 open One with VRIS 2 open. You need to manually keep them closed/open.. and also disconnect and plug the vac lines running to the actuators. Overlay the torque curves so...

Re: Megasquirt Bulk Buy
gunmetalpgt - I think this bulk buy is about as plug and play as it gets for us. You could ask shadome off PT for a custom job, but it's not that bad wiring it up, I don't think it would justify the custom job. nightfire - It's normal to keep the stock ECU to control some things like IAC and air co...

Re: Megasquirt Bulk Buy
Sorry for the newb question. I've been out of the loop for a while. I heard there are some "plug and play" megaquirt versions out there. (plug into the wiring harness connected to the pcm). Is this true? If it is true, are these also plug an play on the mx3? (pin locations on the harness a...

Re: Cylinder deactivation with MegaSquirt?
I disagree with the idea of restricting air...there will still be compression/decompression that will cause there to be a loss of energy. The ONLY way this could work in my eyes would be to leave a valve open ENTIRELY for the cycle. The clear answer is intake valve of the two so that you screwing u...
