what is the tallest fifth gear for better fuel economy that can go into either of the f5 or f25 transmissions, or that you have heard of, and what car can i get one off of, and in what cars transmission can i find a first and second synchronizer ring, for the stock first and second gears?

it could be a sticky Idle Air Control, gasses come back up through the intake and condense on the throttle plate, and the IAC making it had to close, take it off and clean it with sum carb cleaner, see if that does it
