Front Main Seal - Same as Probe?

I am replacing my timing belt, water pump, and all the pulleys, and I want to swap the front main seal while I am at it. (1993 MX-3 1.8 V6)

But I am having some trouble finding one for the MX3. Will the one from the probe work?

Will a clutch Kit include all those things, or Do i need to order it seperately? One last noob question. My wife's sisters wants to learn how to drive stickshift. Will a worn throw-out bearing damage anything else if she drives around in a parking lot? I dont really want to install a new clutch only...

I bleeded the clutch line, and I can shift easier, but it's still making that whirring or slipping sound. Also, the engagement isn't as smooth as before. I can feel some shutter. I found this link about the throwout bearing, and it is probably it. http://www.carcare.org/Manual_Transmission/throw-out...

Help with Clutch Problem

Hi, My clutch has been making a wierd noise for the past few months, when it's disengaged (pedal in). It sounds like a squealing or slipping. I assume it's the clutch plate slipping against each other, but I'm not sure. It doesn't make noise when clutch engages. (1.8 V6) It drove normally since then...

I happy with the zx2 struts and eibach springs for handling. Its a nice and relativly cheap setup. My 17 inch rim makes the setup a little bit too stiff for my liking around town., so i just got a new set of 15x7's.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up getting a set of 15x6 Steel wheels with Michelin X-ICE. A little overkill for detroit snow, but the price was good. I have 17" Motegi MR7s, and I was scared because it only looks like a 1 inch clearence from the calipers. But good to know that I dont have to wor...

Will 14 inch steel wheel fit in the GS?

I need a set of winter wheels. The yoko paradas is pretty scary in the snow. I found some guy selling 14" steel wheel with some nice snow tires locally. I was wondering if anyone have tried to mount 14" rims in the GS. I am concerned about the brake caliper clearence. He lives about 30 min...

93223 Hey Bumpy. Someone local found out about them, and I gave them already. Sorry bro. However, the zx2 ones are $157 shipped, and they're great struts. Use em with stock springs. The install in easy, I did it in the middle of the parking lot of my aparments. Pretty getto, but I got it done befor...

Hey rippledabs, you said you have an extra one? Are these aftermarket? If so, what brand? part #? Hey Yoda, you have a website and a part # for L S technologies? I did an internet search, but all I found was a software company called L S Technologies... please advise... No, they aren't aftermarket....

How come tires that are 205 and 185 width fit on a same 15'rim? Check this site out. http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp Different tires will fit on the same rim because the sidewall is flexible. Each rim size has it's own recommended size, but you can usually deviate 15-20 mm away from the re...
