that was EFFING stupid....i swapped the puller, put a bolt through the bottom of the alt and a nut on that so that it would actually mount. got a longer bolt and a nut on the top that bolts to the bracket and i started my car and its squeeling, it seems sooooooo slightly better when i turn on the a/...

i cant friggen find any answers, would i have to change the pulleys if i have a sohc 4, and im buying a 1.8 v6 alternator? what do i need? part numbers? cuz im buying it tomorrow morning.

well im doing it cuz i heard thats all i need to do, guys on here were talking about just cutting springs, and that it works out pretty decently, and also my spring aint going to shoot out and kill anyone especially you, so im not endangering your life cuz your in WA. its not like my car ways a mill...

nope the upper bar has a platform at the end of it that the shifter goes through, that rubber gromet in the center of that platform wore down, all i did was have my mechanic drill 4 holes through the platform to hold it up and it worked good.
