Xaust question

Post by Posey24 »

First what's a good exaust for my k8 and how will it do with the kl swap. Also when I had my 07 eclipse I had a HKS Hi-Power Carbon Edition. I believe it was 170mm can and 4in tip. Will that rob any power¿?

for my DE i have Pacesetter Headers, 1-5/8in primaries down to a 2in collector, cat delete(just a welded in test pipe), and 2-1/4in straight mandrel bent pipe all the wat back to a 3ARacing 'semi-can'(its an oval) with a 3in tip, and it sounds like sex everytime i drive my car(AMAZING)

Unless you're boosting, we don't normally recommend over 2.5. The tip itself has little effect on the entire exhaust system. gains/losses will be negligible. Muffler is a bit of a bigger deal, but generally sound > flowing
